Semla yup it’s time…
Beautiful soft brioche style bread, middle scooped out and mixed with almond and cardamom, popped back inside and topped with a ridiculous amount of whipped cream!
Sweden does it right in this cold weather.
Eat just as is or put in a bowl of warm milk and spoon like a pudding as our Swede baker Sara does.
Cream cake gone mad to the locals…
